Success Delivery manager to establish strong relationships with our customers and align both internal and third-party stakeholders to lead smooth deployments and ensure customers’
expectations are exceeded. This role is customer facing and will report to the customer success organization lead. You will join a team of very talented engineers and data scientists to build things differently and contribute to accelerating AI deployments across the enterprise. The Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced customer success delivery manager to gather and understand customer requirements, work with third parties to identify required integrations and configuration as well as ongoing operations required to seamlessly augment the customer infrastructure with Charli AI. The customer success delivery manager owns the customer deliverables and ensure that the deployment schedule is defined, approved by the customer, and executed accordingly. As a successful Customer Success Delivery Manager, you have excellent communication
and relationship-building skills as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

– Build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.

– Develop customer deployment strategy and manage execution through performance metrics, communication, and escalation management.

– Provide expert guidance to our customers to define the best solution to address stated requirements and objectives.

– Provide informed inputs to the sales team for high quality customer proposals.

– Maintain cross functional alignment with marketing, sales, and customer success to provide a unified experience to our customers.

– Provide regular updates to the leadership team and maintain a deployment dashboard to track progress.

– Respond to inquiries, and address customer requests in a timely manner

– Coordinate and facilitate regular customer progress meetings

– Contribute to the development of new or expanded client relationships

– Ensure client satisfaction and retention

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or a related field.

– Exceptional Implementation and Integration knowledge

– Exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills

– The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine superior solutions

– Excellent technical and communication skills

– Experience with integration tools, APIs, software version control and project management software.

– Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations

– A track record of following through on commitments

– Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
